Explanation of Payment Options
Payment Plan Options: The Buyer may choose between the following payment plans:
Option A: Equal Monthly Installments Over 10 Years
- Two-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay the total unit price of GHc250,000 in equal monthly installments over a period of ten (10) years (120 months), resulting in a monthly payment of GHc2,083.33.
- One-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay the total unit price of GHc166,666.67 in equal monthly installments over a period of ten (10) years (120 months), resulting in a monthly payment of GHc1,388.89.
Option B: Graduated Payment Plan
- First Year Payments:
- Two-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay GHc2,000 per month for the first twelve (12) months, totaling GHc24,000.
- One-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay GHc1,000 per month for the first twelve (12) months, totaling GHc12,000.
- Remaining Nine Years Payments:
- Two-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance of GHc226,000 over the next nine (9) years (108 months), resulting in a monthly payment of approximately GHc2,092.59.
- One-Bedroom Unit: The Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance of GHc154,666.67 over the next nine (9) years (108 months), resulting in a monthly payment of approximately GHc1,432.10.
